Property Pros Construction, LLC

    Interestingly, when my dad initially approached me with the idea, the plan was to resurrect the company he started in the 80s, JMS Construction. With eyes on retirement, he was looking for something to fill the gap. Of course, having another 40 years experience in municipal, industrial, and commercial construction projects would make that jump all the easier. However, as we began working through starting up the business, we noticed that there are just a TON of people who need work done. Even more so, in speaking with other people in the field, most of the workers showing up are generally late, drugged-out, don’t show at all, run off with the money, and the list goes on. Quickly, the idea of a “give me something to do” business turned into an “Ok, we could really DO this!” business.

   With a fresh vision and rejuvenated drive, we decided to partner with a close friend and really get things moving!

   At Property Pros Construction, LLC our vision is to bring back the idea of a customer for life. In our experience, via other jobs and as consumers ourselves, we’ve noticed that far too often we are nothing more than the dollars we can pay. It seems that most companies are focused on “Get the money, we’ll figure the rest out later.”. We look to change this process via open communication, honest consultations, and reliable work.
